Type CRYO-GLYVAP:

“Energy saving” is the keyword for most breweries. This type of CO2 vaporizer was developed for breweries to reduce the load on their central refrigeration system. Approx. 90 KW heat per 1 to of CO2 evaporated can be taken from the aqueous glycol solution circuit. The saved electrical power lowers the overall operating cost of the central refrigeration system significantly.

Advantages of CRYO-GLYVAP vaporizers:

  • The vaporizer will be customized to your central refrigeration unit operational parameters.
  • CO2 gas reheater in two versions available: Electrically or heated by ambient air heated.
  • Design of heat exchangers includes 20% reserve heat transfer area.
  • High quality instruments, armatures, pump and heat exchangers.
  • Cold insulation: PU foam cladded with ALUZINK metal sheets.

Our CRYO-ATM atmospheric CO2 vaporizers series takes the required energy for the evaporation of CO2 mainly from ambient air. Only the fans require a little electrical energy, so the energy consumption is compared to electrically heated vaporizers drastically reduced. This type of evaporator is the most economical way to vaporize liquid CO2.

Our standard capacities are 200, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg/h, CO2 gas, other capacities can be offered on request. A wide range of options is available to customize the vaporizer to your needs and local conditions.

All vaporizers are manufactured in Germany, certified according latest European regulations and requirements and get a CE marking.

Advantages of CRYO-ATM Vaporizers:

CRYO-Fill cylinder filling stations are designed for efficient and safe handling. The rigid design ensures a long-term operation with low maintenance cost.

We supply different models depending on the type of cylinder to be filled and the pressure/temperature of the CO2 storage facilities. To offer the best filling station for your specific need kindly download the questionnaire below, fill it out and send it to us by email.

CRYOSERV Storage tanks:

CO2 liquid is mainly stored in low pressure tanks between approx. 14-22 bar. That corresponds to temperatures between – 30°C to -16°C. Depending on the application several different types of storage tanks are available:

  • CRYO-VST

Vacuum insulated storage tanks offer a very good cold insulation. They’re reliable and offered at low costs. Stainless steel inner pressure vessel as well as many other options customize this type of tank to most customer needs. The tanks can be delivered in vertical or horizontal design with capacities of 3 to 100 to liquid CO2.

  • CRYO-PUST

PU foam insulation is less effective compared to vacuum insulation, but this type of vessel also has some advantages: Capacities of 300 to and more can be build, the vessels usually gets a refrigeration unit and an inner heating element to maintain the pressure in a small range.

The number and diameter of inlet and outlet pipelines is much more flexible compared to the VST type. Tanks can be opened and cleaned internally, because they’re equipped with a manhole. We offer horizontal tanks capacities between 3 and 150 to, vertical ones with 3 to 100 to and bigger capacities on request. The tank equipment can be easily customized to your specific application.

  • CRYO-HPST

High pressure tanks operate in a pressure range of 40 to 80bar and supply warm liquid CO2 or huge amounts of gaseous CO2 in short time to the customer’s application. For many applications this type of tanks offers big advantages. Kindly contact us to clarify the options you need.

  • CRYO-MOST

We offer mobile storage tanks like ISO Containers or Semitrailers, built according European and International standards. Please send your inquiry to our hands.
